Players needed: 9 or more

A conditioning drill that involves the entire team, you can make it fun and do it as a competition.

  • Divide players into groups of three.
  • One player on one baseline  and the other two on the opposite baseline.
  • The line with 2 players begins first – the first one in line runs ONE length of the floor and tags his/her waiting partner’s hand.
  • That player then runs a length of the floor and tags the player waiting on the other side.
  • That player also runs one length of the floor and tags the player that began the whole sequence.
  • That player then begins the next sequence of THREE floor lengths, and so the drill continues: FIVE floor lengths, SEVEN, back to FIVE, then to THREE and ending at last with ONE.
