10-5 Repeat

Players needed: 1

This drill helps you transition from soft and hard dribbles, which will come in handy during times when a defender is trying to steal the ball from you.

  • Start dribbling (power dribble) with your right hand for 10 seconds
  • Then soft dribbles for 5 more seconds
  • Switch hands and repeat
  • Do this drill 3 times in each hand
