Side to Side Line Jump

Players needed: 1 Find a line on the court and stand beside it with your feet together. Jump as quickly as you can side to side over the line for 30 seconds. Rest and Repeat 3 more times.

Forward and Back Line Jump

Find a line on the court and stand behind it with your feet together. Jump as quickly as you can forward and backward over the line for 30 seconds. Rest and repeat.

Seventeens

Begin behind one of the sidelines. Sprint back and  forth from one sideline to another, counting each time you touch a sideline. This continues until you reach seventeen (you should always end up on the opposite side of the court where you began). The goal is to complete this drill in under one minute.
