Dribble and Pop Drill

Players needed: 1

A dribbling/shooting drill that will help you get a shot off on the run.

  • Setup chair at each end of the free throw line.
  • Start at half court and dribble as fast as you can w/ your right hand to the chair.
  • Stop with two feet, square up, be balanced and put up a jump shot.
  • Repeat 10 times on each side (left side, left handed dribble).
  • Act like the chair is a defender and get your shot off quickly.
