This drill takes away your eyes so you have to rely on your instinct and know the ball will bounce right back up to you.

  • Dribble with your strong hand for 30 seconds with your eyes closed
  • Dribble with your off-hand for 30 seconds with your eyes closed
  • Make repeated cross over dribbles for 30 seconds with your eyes closed
  • Take 2 free throws with your eyes closed – let’s see how good your muscle memory is
