- Dribble with your strong hand for 30 seconds with your eyes closed
- Dribble with your off-hand for 30 seconds with your eyes closed
- Make repeated cross over dribbles for 30 seconds with your eyes closed
- Take 2 free throws with your eyes closed – let’s see how good your muscle memory is
