A conditioning drill will help you shoot free throws like you are in the 4th quarter.
- Take two free throws
- Do 15 pushups regardless of a miss or make
- Repeat 3 times
- If you don’t get 4 out of 6 shots in then do 15 situps
- If you do make 4 out of 6 shots, take an additional two free throws
