The Mikan drill works on your moves around the rim and actually works out your arm strength at the same time.
- Start under the basket, as if you were going to take a layup.
- Jump off your left leg and shoot a right handed shot against the backboard.
- Retrieve the ball and in the same motion, jump off your right foot and shoot with your left hand.
- Shoot 15 shots from each side.
- Repeat 3 times.
